EARLY BIRD PRICING: MARCH 23, 2009
EARLY PRICING: MAY 25, 2009
LATE: BY JULY 17, 2009 (no exceptions.)

CHECK-IN:
Must register by deadline. No walk-in registrations.
Friday check-in from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.
Friday buffet served from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
Saturday check-in from 8:00 to 9:00 am.
Check out on Sunday by 1 pm.
